Bruce Laan and myself are the directors and owners of the business. We have worked together for many years in residential design and construction. Understanding that in the residential construction market quality and volume are rarely achieved together, we set out to establish more intimate and friendly environment for our clients. This year we will build around 60 homes, which ensures competitive buying power goes hand in hand with a high level of personal and individual service for each clients. As directors we maintain very hands on approach to home building on a daily basis. We are extremely proud of our reputation as builders of individually-designed homes. From first contact to handover, our dedicated team delivers a home building experience second to none. We’ll keep you informed throughout the design and building process, making sure your experience is nothing short of pleasurable. Every member of our sales team has a minimum of 20 years in the residential construction industry. Every consultant is highly skilled in design and computer drafting so you deal directly with your designer. To enhance the architectural elements and elevational flair of your design we have two in house design specialists to support the sales consultants. An experienced construction team is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Headed by Bruce Lann, a charted engineer and registered builder, his impressive construction experience enables us to tackle many projects that others cannot.
