| | Most parents of teenagers would agree that when the children start entertaining their own friends at home the number of living areas in your home needs to expand, lest the parents completely loose control of the house! The design aim of this modern double storey family home was to provide enough entertaining and living spaces for both parents and children – to allow the flexibility for family events whilst giving both generations their independence. This is achieved through a combination of generous room sizes, open plan living and zoning of living and entertaining areas. Rooms feel stylish and elegantly finished whilst remaining functional and practical. The open plan living incorporates an alfresco with integrated BBQ which overlooks the pool, cabana and garden. |
